As a mother, veteran financial executive, small business owner, community leader, and proud Westminster resident of over 35 years, Loan Nguyen believes Westminster deserves better leadership. Loan is running for Westminster City Council because District 4 deserves a leader who shows up, listens, and delivers results. Having raised her family in the city while building a four-decade career in finance and accounting, including 28 years as a Financial Controller, Loan has seen what works and what doesn’t. She is stepping up to bring accountability, common sense, and real commitment to the city council and the people who call this community home.
Loan has spent her career balancing professional excellence with service, from managing multi-million-dollar budgets as a Financial Controller to volunteering in Westminster’s schools, churches, and community events. She has stood up for inclusion, supported local students, and brought neighbors together. Now, she is ready to bring that same leadership to City Hall by strengthening the city’s local economy, ensuring responsible spending, addressing homelessness with compassion, and creating a city government that actually listens to and respects its residents.
